North’s very own, Lynne Jeffries, is the 2017 recipient of the Outstanding African American Educator Award.  Jeffries received the award from the NAUW National Association of University Women Northshore Branch.

A ceremony was held at the Holiday Inn Gurnee on February 21st 2017.
